Working with a Turkish manufacturer

DEKA Plastik has been producing polyethylene packaging in Yenibosna, Istanbul since 1993. We extrude our PE film in our own facilities, print it by flexography and convert it into bags on our own lines.

We export to Europe, the Middle East, North Africa and Latin America. Enquiries are answered in English.

Ziplock bags

Press-lock closure, also known as grip seal bags. MDPE and LDPE.

Zipper bags

Slider zipper, opened and closed repeatedly. MDPE and LDPE.

Polyethylene bags

Carrier, reinforced, mailing and garment bags, printed or plain.

Printed rolls

OPP and CPP film printed by flexography, supplied on rolls.

The paperwork you will be asked for

PPWR technical file and EU Declaration of Conformity

Regulation (EU) 2025/40. Our material composition declaration covers garment and jacket bags, mailing bags, retail carrier bags and general-purpose PE bags; it does not cover ziplock or zipper bags or PP (OPP/CPP) products.

GRS 4.0 and RCS 2.0 scope certificates

For recycled-content production, non-food use.

Food contact declaration of compliance

For food-contact production, made on request from virgin polymer.

ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 22000:2018

Quality and food safety management systems.

Products with the d2w additive are not offered to EU buyers: Directive (EU) 2019/904 prohibits placing oxo-degradable plastic on the EU market.

From enquiry to shipment

Send your specification

Bag size (width × length, in mm), gauge in microns, quantity, and the number of print colours if printed.

Samples

We send samples so you can check the bag or film before ordering.

Quote

Delivery terms (Incoterms) are agreed in the quote. Minimum order quantity depends on the order.

Production

Lead time is typically around two weeks from order confirmation.
