Privacy Policy
This text follows the format of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and is read together with our KVKK Notice, which follows Turkish law. The two describe the same data inventory through different frames.

What we process and why
On this site personal data is collected through the quote form only: name, company, e-mail, phone, message, estimated quantity and any sample files you send. IP address and browser information are also recorded to keep the form secure.

Retention
Quote requests and their attachments are kept for 3 years and then deleted. Consent records are kept separately so the validity of consent can be demonstrated; they contain no IP address and identify no one.
Recipients
- Hetzner Online GmbH — hosting and database
- Google Workspace — e-mailing the request to our sales team
- Cloudflare — storage of sample files and Turnstile spam protection
- Google — Analytics, Ads and Maps, only where consent is given
Data is not sold and is not shared with third parties for marketing.
Transfers outside the EEA
Your data is processed by DEKA Plastik, established in Türkiye. Transfer of data from the European Economic Area to Türkiye is a separate legal topic and this text does not yet state the mechanism relied upon. That is a gap and it is stated deliberately; until it is settled we prefer not to make a claim here. If you are a buyer established in the EU and need information on this point, please write to us.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Where processing rests on consent you may withdraw that consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand. For cookie choices, the Cookie preferences link at the bottom of any page is enough.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Automated decision-making
We carry out no automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you.
