This notice is issued under Article 10 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). What data this site collects, where it goes and how long it stays is written out here exactly.

What data do we process?
On this site personal data is collected through the quote form only. Unless you fill in the form, no personal data is taken from you; no record is kept of your visit.

IP address and browser information are recorded to protect the form against automated submissions and to detect abuse. No profiling is carried out beyond that.
For what purposes?
- To assess your quote request and respond to you
- To contact you about your request
- To prevent misuse of the form and keep the site secure
- To meet our commercial and legal obligations
- Only with your separate permission, to measure site usage and track advertising performance
Collection method and legal basis
Data is collected electronically when you complete the quote form on this site. The bases relied on are that processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, and the legitimate interest of the data controller. Analytics and advertising data from cookies rely solely on your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Who receives it?
Your data is not sold, not marketed and not shared with third parties for commercial purposes. It is processed only through the infrastructure providers we use:
- Hosting and database — Hetzner Online GmbH servers
- E-mail — Google Workspace (your request is e-mailed to our sales team)
- File storage and form security — Cloudflare (sample files and Turnstile spam protection)
- Measurement and advertising — Google, only if you allow it
Some of these providers are established abroad; transfers are made within the framework of the relevant provisions of the Law.
How long is it kept?
Quote requests and their attachments are kept for 3 years and deleted when that period expires. Consent records are kept separately so that the validity of consent can be demonstrated, and they contain no IP address.
Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)
By applying to the data controller you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
- Know the third parties to whom it is transferred, at home or abroad
- Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate
- Request erasure or destruction within the conditions set out in the Law
- Request that correction, erasure and destruction be notified to third parties it was transferred to
- Object to an adverse outcome arising from analysis solely by automated systems
- Claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing

You may submit your application through:

- In writing: a signed letter to the address above
- E-mail: info@dekaplastik.com, from the e-mail address you previously notified to us and which is registered in our system
Your application is concluded within thirty days at the latest. So that we can verify your identity, your application must include your name and contact details.
